Job Description
The Global Landscapes Forum (GLF) is the world’s largest knowledge-driven platform advancing integrated land-use solutions. Rooted in the landscape approach, GLF supports global action toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Paris Climate Agreement, and the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework.
Led by the Center for International Forestry Research and World Agroforestry (CIFOR-ICRAF), and co-founded with UNEP and the World Bank, GLF collaborates with a diverse network of partners to foster landscapes that are productive, resilient, prosperous, and equitable. Its work spans five core themes: food and livelihoods, restoration, rights, finance, and impact measurement.
About the Internship Program
The GLF Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to work with an international team committed to driving sustainability and environmental transformation. Interns gain practical exposure, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and collaborate with experts across a global network.
Available Focus Areas
Applicants may choose to support work in any of the following thematic tracks:
• Youth in Landscapes (YIL)- Contribute to youth-focused programs, campaigns, and initiatives that cultivate environmental leadership.
• Social Media & Events Communications- Assist with digital storytelling, audience engagement, and communications for global events.
• Partnerships- Support strategic collaborations, relationship management, and outreach activities with global stakeholders.
• Knowledge- Help produce research-driven content, learning resources, and knowledge products.
• GLFx Network- Strengthen community-based sustainability hubs worldwide and enhance cross-network collaboration.

Eligibility Criteria
