Job Overview

The Vice President, Regional Traditional Corporate Sales will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our market share within traditional corporate sectors. This role demands a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record of cultivating and closing large, complex deals with multinational clients. You will lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the designated regions.
  • Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities with multinational corporations.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a regional sales team to ensure optimal performance and development.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client solutions and service.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify strategic advantages.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales or similar senior sales leadership role, with a focus on multinational/traditional corporate clients.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing complex sales strategies and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
  • Extensive experience in negotiating and closing large-scale contracts.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate travel industry and related services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or Dutch is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
