Job Overview

The Talent Scientist – Graduate Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our graduate recruitment program. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize our selection processes, enhance candidate experience, and build a robust pipeline of future leaders. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive graduate recruitment strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Develop and refine assessment methodologies, including psychometric testing and behavioral interviews, for graduate candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with universities, career fairs, and other talent acquisition channels relevant to graduate recruitment.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their graduate talent needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the graduate recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a specific focus on graduate recruitment or early careers programs.
  • Strong understanding of psychometric assessments, candidate selection techniques, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.
