Job Overview

The Corporate Services Associate – Facility Management will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day management and maintenance of Black Pelican Group’s physical infrastructure. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee a range of facility operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and repair activities across all company facilities.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for services such as cleaning, security, and groundskeeping.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support the planning and execution of minor renovation and fit-out projects.
• Maintain an inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
• Respond promptly to facility-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist in budget preparation and tracking for facility management operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facility management or a related operational role.
• Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
