Job Overview

As a Senior Solutions Architect – ACE at Aviatrix, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and presenting complex cloud networking and security solutions. You will engage directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful pre-sales and post-sales engagements, leveraging your deep technical expertise to address intricate customer challenges and showcase the value of the Aviatrix Cloud Native Security Fabric.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales activities, including discovery, solution design, and demonstrations for enterprise clients.
• Architect and design cloud-native network and security solutions utilizing the Aviatrix platform.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and present compelling proposals and proof-of-concepts.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to implementation and ongoing success.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective Aviatrix solutions.
• Contribute to product roadmap development by providing market feedback and customer insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security principles.
• Proven experience with Aviatrix or similar cloud networking and security platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, routing, firewalls, and security best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients and complex IT environments.
