Job Overview
The Lab Chemist/Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for conducting rigorous chemical and microbiological testing on our edible oils and by-products. You will ensure all products meet international quality standards and regulatory requirements while supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform chemical analysis and quality testing on refined oils, soybean meal, and related products
- Conduct microbiological testing and contamination assessments
- Maintain detailed laboratory records and documentation
- Prepare quality control reports and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines
- Troubleshoot production issues and identify quality improvements
Requirements
- BSc in Chemistry, Food Science, or related discipline
- Proven laboratory experience in food or oil analysis
- Knowledge of quality assurance and testing methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
