Job Overview

The Investment Banking Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our deal teams across a variety of transaction types, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financial advisory services. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for potential transactions.
• Support senior bankers in client negotiations and deal execution.

• Prepare financial reports and manage data analysis for ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and investment banking.
