Job Overview
The Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and contributing to the preparation of financial reports. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer payments and reconcile collections from bank transfers, payment gateways, and other sources.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and other balance sheet accounts.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
