Job Overview
This traineeship offers hands-on experience across all operational facets of our restaurants. Trainees will rotate through different departments, working alongside experienced managers to understand restaurant management, customer service excellence, food safety, inventory control, and team leadership in a real-world environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations and assist in maintaining service standards
- Learn and implement food safety and hygiene protocols
- Contribute to staff training and team development initiatives
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
- Assist in financial management and cost control procedures
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
