Job Overview
The Warehouse Manager Assistant will provide crucial support to the Warehouse Manager in overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in receiving, storing, and dispatching furniture. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stocktakes.
- Support the receiving and inspection of incoming furniture shipments.
- Help organize and maintain warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and accessibility.
- Facilitate the efficient picking, packing, and preparation of orders for dispatch.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on operational improvements and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
