Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Engineer to join our growing team and focus on building and optimizing our Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in developing robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems that power our AI-driven emotional intelligence platform. You will be at the forefront of integrating and deploying sophisticated LLM technologies to deliver actionable insights and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for LLM integration and management.
  • Optimize LLM performance, inference, and fine-tuning processes.
  • Implement and manage data pipelines for training and evaluating LLM models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and frontend engineers to integrate LLM capabilities into the platform.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our LLM infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to backend services and LLM deployments.

  • Proven experience in backend software development, with a strong focus on Python.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with database management (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Understanding of AI/ML workflows and best practices.
