Job Overview

The Relationship and Business Development Officer will be instrumental in identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic relationships with educational institutions, prospective students, and key stakeholders globally. This role requires a proactive approach to expanding our network and ensuring the continued success and reach of Light Heights Global Services Limited on a worldwide scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships with international universities and colleges.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners and clients.
  • Represent Light Heights Global Services Limited at educational fairs, conferences, and networking events globally.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase student enrollment and program participation.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in international education.
  • Manage client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the placement process.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in relationship management and business development, preferably within the education sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of international student recruitment and university admissions processes.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.
