Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architect to lead and contribute to the design and execution of innovative and functional construction projects across Nigeria. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of local building codes, materials, and aesthetic considerations, while championing sustainable and efficient design practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop conceptual designs and detailed architectural drawings.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project scope and requirements.
  • Ensure designs comply with all relevant building regulations and standards.
  • Oversee construction phases, providing technical guidance and problem-solving.
  • Conduct site visits and quality control inspections.
  • Prepare project documentation and presentations.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) is advantageous.
