Job Overview

The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Banex Mall’s premises, assets, and individuals. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the mall premises to detect and deter any suspicious activities.
  • Monitor CCTV systems for security breaches or unusual occurrences.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
  • Control access to restricted areas and ensure compliance with entry policies.
  • Assist customers, tenants, and visitors with inquiries and provide direction.
  • Report any security hazards, safety concerns, or maintenance issues observed.
  • Enforce mall rules and regulations in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate incident reports and logs.
  • Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong observational and surveillance skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Physical fitness to perform patrol duties.
