With multiple outlets specializing in smoothies, milkshakes, sandwiches, shawarma, parfaits, burgers, and other quality ready-to-eat items, Fresh2Go is committed to hygiene and excellence in every aspect of its operations.
Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team as Supervisors. These roles are critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our outlets, upholding our high standards for product quality, customer service, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate outlet staff to achieve performance goals.
Manage customer relationships, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive guest experience.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue.
Maintain outlet cleanliness and presentation to brand standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or retail industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in inventory and cash management.
