Malaria Consortium Nigeria is seeking a dedicated Finance Support Assistant to join our team and contribute to our vital work in combating malaria. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient financial operations that underpin our health systems strengthening, capacity building, and technical support initiatives.

Job Overview

The Finance Support Assistant will provide essential administrative and financial support to the Finance team, ensuring the smooth running of financial processes and adherence to organizational policies. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting program implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Help manage petty cash and reconcile bank statements.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
