Job Overview

The Inventory Officer will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of Kuddy Cosmetics’ inventory management systems. This role demands a proactive approach to tracking stock levels, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and contributing to the overall optimization of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage stock levels across all Kuddy Cosmetics locations and warehouse facilities.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
  • Process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of products to retail outlets and distribution partners.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the designated inventory management system.
  • Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales data and seasonal trends.
  • Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete stock.

  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
