Job Overview
The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, embodying Travelbeta.com’s commitment to exceptional service. This role requires a professional and welcoming demeanor, ensuring all visitors and callers have a positive and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting walk-in clients and answering incoming calls.
- Providing initial information about Travelbeta.com’s services and offerings.
- Directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handling basic administrative tasks, such as mail sorting and courier services.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the reception calendar.
- Maintaining a log of visitors and calls received.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in any relevant field.
- Proven customer service or front desk experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
