Job Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand Flying Doctors Nigeria’s service offerings and market reach within Nigeria. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the healthcare and emergency response sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, government agencies, and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or emergency services sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
