Job Overview

We are looking for proactive and empathetic individuals to provide outstanding customer support for a leading airline. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist passengers with booking, reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Provide information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
  • Requirements

  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry is a plus.
