Job Overview

As Lead Product Designer, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the product vision for Blink Health’s core offerings. You will lead design initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences that directly address the challenges of prescription accessibility and affordability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for key product initiatives, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity mockups and prototyping.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to translate business needs and user insights into elegant design solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of user needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes within the healthcare and pharmacy space.
• Champion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
• Create and advocate for a cohesive and intuitive design system across all Blink Health products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product launches.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Demonstrated experience leading design projects and influencing product strategy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Experience in healthcare technology or a related regulated industry is a plus.
