Job Overview

The Lifecycle Operations Lead will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the employee lifecycle at RemoteRemote for our global workforce. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure smooth transitions and compliance throughout an employee’s journey with us, from onboarding to offboarding and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all supported countries.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and system data.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding lifecycle-related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of global employment regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
