Job Overview

The Live-In Caregiver / Social Worker will play a pivotal role in ensuring the daily well-being, safety, and emotional support of children residing at CLL facilities. This role requires a blend of practical caregiving skills and social work expertise to foster a nurturing and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct daily care, including supervision, feeding, hygiene, and health monitoring.
  • Develop and implement engaging age-appropriate activities and educational support.
  • Offer emotional support, guidance, and counseling to children facing challenges.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including schools and medical professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and any incidents.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the living environment.

  • Proven experience in childcare or social work, preferably within a residential setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and protection principles.
