Job Overview

Taeillo is seeking a meticulous and proactive Facility Executive to oversee and manage our operational facilities in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of our manufacturing and corporate spaces, contributing to our commitment to excellence in production and workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations and maintenance of all Taeillo facilities.
  • Oversee procurement and management of facility supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and services.
  • Implement and maintain effective space management and office organization.
  • Supervise cleaning and grounds maintenance staff.
  • Develop and manage facility budgets.

  • Proven experience in facility management or a related operational role.
  • Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
