Job Overview

The Process Control Technician will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing automated process control systems within our brewery operations. This role is critical to ensuring consistent product quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot process control instrumentation and systems.
• Calibrate sensors and control devices to ensure accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs on control equipment.
• Analyze process data to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Process Control Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant technical certification or degree is advantageous.
