Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and patient Front-end Web Developer to lead and mentor individuals through comprehensive front-end development training programs. In this role, you will be instrumental in equipping participants with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge necessary to excel in the digital landscape. Your primary focus will be on delivering engaging and effective instruction, fostering a supportive learning environment, and guiding students from foundational concepts to advanced front-end techniques.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver engaging curriculum for front-end web development, covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
* Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to cater to diverse learning needs.
* Design and implement practical projects and coding exercises to reinforce learning and build a strong portfolio.
* Provide constructive feedback on student code, assignments, and projects, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Stay current with the latest front-end technologies, best practices, and industry trends to ensure training remains relevant and cutting-edge.
* Assess student progress and provide regular performance reports to the organization and students.
* Create and maintain a collaborative and inspiring learning atmosphere, encouraging peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing.
* Contribute to the development of training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and documentation.

Requirements

* A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
* Proven professional experience as a Front-end Web Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
* Demonstrated expertise in core front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
* Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework/library (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
* A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring, with a patient and encouraging approach to education.
* Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
