## Job Overview
As our Field Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the SME and start-up sectors. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and fostering long-term client partnerships. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can effectively communicate the value of our HR consulting services and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client. You will be a key representative of Devien Consult, embodying our commitment to excellence and client success.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for our HR consulting services.
* Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate new business leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, digital outreach, and referrals.
* Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their specific HR challenges and business objectives.
* Present and articulate the value proposition of Devien Consult’s HR solutions, including talent management, HR structure setup, and people management problem-solving, to C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
* Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives and client expectations.
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
* Collaborate closely with the internal consulting and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging HR best practices to continuously refine sales approaches and service offerings.
## Requirements
* Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the HR, professional services, or consulting industry.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales quotas.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong understanding of human resources principles, talent management, and the unique challenges faced by SMEs and start-ups.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
