Job Overview

Gbovo Finance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Management Lead to join our dynamic remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding our client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving revenue growth through strategic account development. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their unique financial needs and guiding them toward optimal solutions offered by Gbovo. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of financial products and a passion for building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic account management plans to foster strong, long-term relationships with existing Gbovo Finance clients.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Gbovo’s financial products and services to meet evolving client needs.
* Conduct regular client reviews to assess their financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and present relevant Gbovo solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, underwriting, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive client experience.
* Monitor client engagement and product utilization, providing feedback to product development and marketing teams.
* Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets through effective account growth and retention strategies.
* Stay abreast of market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes within the lending and financial services industry.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
* Proven track record of success in account management, business development, or a client-facing sales role within the financial services industry, preferably lending.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, understanding their business objectives and financial requirements.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant account management tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
