## Job Overview
As the Branch Manager for our Port Harcourt location, you will be instrumental in overseeing all operational activities, ensuring the seamless delivery of AmSpec Group’s high-quality services. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage teams, optimize resources, and cultivate strong client relationships within the Nigerian market. You will be responsible for driving branch profitability, upholding our stringent quality standards, and embodying our company’s values of integrity and customer satisfaction. ## Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of the Port Harcourt branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch objectives, including revenue growth, cost management, and market penetration.
* Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
* Oversee financial performance of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, to ensure profitability and sustainability.
* Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
* Drive operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices in service delivery and workflow management.
* Represent AmSpec Group professionally within the Port Harcourt business community, building brand reputation and market presence.
## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive management experience, preferably within a service-oriented industry or oil and gas support services.
* Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving operational efficiency, and achieving financial targets.
* Excellent understanding of the Port Harcourt business landscape and its specific industry dynamics.
* Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and P&L responsibility.
