Job Overview
Claritev is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Analytics Advisor to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will leverage your deep understanding of healthcare data, analytics, and strategic thinking to provide expert guidance to our clients. You will be instrumental in helping organizations harness the power of their data to improve patient outcomes, optimize operational efficiency, and achieve their financial goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive healthcare analytics strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on areas such as cost containment, quality improvement, and population health management.
* Analyze complex healthcare datasets, including claims data, electronic health records (EHRs), and other relevant sources, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
* Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and present them clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders, including executive leadership, clinical teams, and operational managers.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and design data-driven solutions that address their specific business objectives.
* Advise on best practices for data governance, data quality, and the ethical use of healthcare information.
* Identify and evaluate new analytical tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance Claritev’s service offerings.
* Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices within the healthcare analytics domain.
* Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry landscape, including payers, providers, and life sciences.
* Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and executing data analytics strategies within a healthcare setting, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, with the capacity to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
* Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7) is highly desirable.
