Job Overview
As a Digital Learning & Development Manager at Rovedana Limited, you will play a vital role in shaping the growth and development of our employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in an ever-evolving work landscape. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating digital learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive digital learning strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
* Design and deliver engaging online training programs, workshops, and resources that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce, including technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality, interactive content that is relevant, up-to-date, and accessible to all employees.
* Utilize learning management systems, authoring tools, and other digital platforms to create, deploy, and track learning programs, ensuring seamless delivery and evaluation.
* Analyze training needs, identify gaps, and develop targeted solutions to address skill deficiencies, improve performance, and enhance employee engagement.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs, using data and analytics to inform decisions, drive improvements, and optimize ROI.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees to take ownership of their development, share knowledge, and collaborate with peers.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital learning, making recommendations for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
* A bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field, with a strong focus on adult learning, instructional design, and digital learning technologies.
* At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning programs that drive employee engagement, skill development, and business results.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects.
* Strong knowledge of learning management systems, authoring tools, and other digital platforms, with experience in creating interactive, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
* A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and employee development, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital learning.
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
