Job Overview

Our Installer will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation of our sports and fitness equipment, providing excellent customer service, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home and travel to various locations as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience with installation and technical work, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of equipment, from treadmills and strength training equipment to tennis courts and swimming pools.

Key Responsibilities

* Install sports and fitness equipment in various settings, including homes, gyms, and sports facilities, ensuring that all equipment is properly assembled and functioning correctly
* Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the feasibility of equipment installation and make recommendations for installation requirements
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process
* Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed, working with our technical support team to resolve complex problems
* Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide feedback on equipment installations and performance
* Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of equipment setup and testing
* Stay up-to-date with new equipment and technologies, attending training sessions and workshops as required to maintain technical expertise
* Provide training and support to customers on the safe and effective use of our equipment, ensuring that they are able to get the most out of their purchases

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in installation and technical work, preferably in the sports and fitness industry
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail
* Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment, as well as work in a variety of environmental conditions
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to various locations as needed
* High school diploma or equivalent required, with post-secondary education or certification in a related field an asset
