Job Overview

The Profit Centre Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability at Tribest Corporate Support. This strategic leadership position will oversee the development and implementation of business strategies to optimize revenue and improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and building long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and improve profitability
* Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to provide value-added services and solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational processes and systems that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
* Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity and minimize potential losses

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
* Proven track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and building strong client relationships
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex business challenges
* Experience in human resource management, outsourcing services, or a related field is an asset
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
