Job Overview

The Showroom Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth at our Lebanon showroom, while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the poultry and frozen food industry, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Conduct regular market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and sales performance

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervision or a related field, preferably in the poultry or frozen food industry
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Strong knowledge of the poultry and frozen food industry, including products, market trends, and competitor activity
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
* Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills an added advantage
