Job Overview
The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion at Elizabeth Maddeux Limited. This remote position, based in Abuja, will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building, the Business Development Executive will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional services and drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in target markets
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
* Identify and pursue new sales leads, converting them into successful business relationships and revenue-generating opportunities
* Develop and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients and partners
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs
* Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies and optimize results
* Represent Elizabeth Maddeux Limited at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our services and build brand awareness
Requirements
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the human resource services industry
* Proven track record of success in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Strong understanding of the Nigerian business landscape, including key industries, trends, and regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong academic record and professional certifications (e.g. MBA, SCM)
