Job Overview

• Position: Customer Service Officer
• Location: Lagos (Surulere proximity required)
• Job Type: Full time
• Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦80,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly
• Provide accurate information about menu items, services, and company policies
• Explain daily specials and answer questions about food and beverages
• Enter customer orders into the system and monitor delivery status
• Monitor guest dining experience and encourage feedback
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Recommend products based on customer preferences
• Maintain up to date knowledge of products and services
• Collect and document customer feedback
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, logistics, and warehouse teams
• Communicate special dietary requests to kitchen staff
• Assist with onboarding and training of new front of house staff

Requirements

• BSc or HND from a reputable institution

• Position: Restaurant Facility Management Lead

• Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Inspect restaurant premises regularly to identify maintenance needs
• Coordinate repairs with minimal operational disruption
• Maintain records of warranties, service logs, and equipment lifespan
• Source and manage vendors including cleaners, security, technicians, and pest control
• Negotiate contracts and ensure value for money
