Job Overview

The Innovation Blockchain Associate will play a hands on role in building, deploying, and supporting blockchain based solutions while contributing to research, strategy, and end to end project execution across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy blockchain and smart contract solutions using platforms such as Ethereum and Hyperledger
• Support innovation leaders by managing blockchain initiatives from concept to delivery
• Research emerging blockchain technologies, digital assets, and decentralized solutions
• Identify new use cases for blockchain across different business areas
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions
• Contribute to innovation strategy and continuous improvement of blockchain capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with three to five years experience in emerging technologies
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrencies
• Experience working with smart contracts and distributed ledger platforms
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to operate in fast changing environments
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global and remote teams
