Job Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising the sales team, improving conversion rates, and supporting the company’s overall sales strategy. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and a results driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Assign leads and manage daily and monthly sales activities
• Train, onboard, and support new sales executives and freelance agents
• Track sales performance and prepare detailed sales reports
• Improve deal closure rates and customer conversion
• Ensure sales processes align with company standards and goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of three years sales experience, preferably in real estate
