Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market for Zolon Healthcare vaccine products within the Abuja Territory. Responsibilities include:

  • Executing call plans to healthcare professionals (HCPs) to promote products and ensure effective merchandising for maximum visibility
  • Participating in events and demonstrations to enhance brand awareness while adhering to industry regulations and company policies
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of sales and order details
  • Acting as the primary contact between the company and customers, fostering strong professional relationships
  • Understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities while developing existing accounts

Qualifications & Competencies

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • B.Pharm, BSc/HND in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong time management, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management (CRM) abilities
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team
