Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Account Receivable Officer to join our global finance team. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and accurate collection of payments from our diverse customer base across various emerging markets. You will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of LifeBank and supporting our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming payments and ensure proper allocation to customer accounts.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify overdue invoices.
  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
  • Reconcile customer statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Generate accounts receivable reports for management review.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer financial records.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
