Applications are open for eligible students to participate in the Blue Ocean Student Entrepreneur Competition 2026, a globally recognized virtual pitch contest designed for high school innovators.

The Blue Ocean Student Entrepreneur Competition is the world’s largest online business pitch competition for high school students. Built on the Blue Ocean Strategy framework developed by W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne, the competition challenges students to move beyond overcrowded “red oceans” and create innovative business ideas in uncontested market spaces.

The competition invites students from around the world to develop and pitch original business ideas that achieve differentiation and low cost simultaneously. Participants can compete individually or in teams of up to four, using structured strategic tools to present ideas that reduce risk while maximizing value innovation.
