Lead, Products Audit in Lagos

Role Summary:
The Lead, Products Audit will support the Chief Audit Officer in aligning internal audit strategies with business goals, providing early warning on financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving revenue assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audit projects using data analysis to identify patterns and optimize processes
• Automate repetitive audit tasks through scripting and data insights
• Support enterprise risk assessment and internal control evaluations
• Prepare audit reports and maintain proper audit documentation
• Supervise Audit Associates and develop their auditing skills
• Represent Internal Audit in meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of data analysis and auditing experience in financial services or consulting
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills; experience with IDEA, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx a plus
• Leadership experience and ability to work with senior management
• Knowledge of revenue assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
