Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Vulnerability Operation Center Lead to establish and oversee our global vulnerability management and security operations program. This role offers the opportunity to build a world-class security operations team from the ground up, working remotely across multiple time zones to protect Nebius's expanding cloud infrastructure and support our mission of democratizing AI computing.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive vulnerability management framework aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing initiatives, and security audits across global infrastructure
- Establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for vulnerability tracking and remediation
- Coordinate with engineering and infrastructure teams to prioritize and resolve identified vulnerabilities
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and incident response protocols
- Build and mentor a distributed team of security professionals across multiple regions
- Monitor emerging threats and ensure continuous improvement of security operations

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in vulnerability management, security operations, or related cybersecurity roles
- Proven track record establishing and leading security operations centers or teams
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools, SIEM platforms, and security frameworks
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with cloud security and infrastructure protection
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) preferred
