Job Overview
The Founding Product Designer will be instrumental in defining and executing Vantheon's product design vision. You will own the end-to-end design process, from concept to launch, collaborating closely with leadership and engineering to translate business goals into exceptional user experiences. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on design execution.Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Vantheon's product design language and user experience strategy.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and products.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Establish and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Mentor and guide future design hires as the team grows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product launches.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
