Job Overview
As Technical Manager, Tower Maintenance, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating tower maintenance activities across assigned sites. This hybrid position requires a blend of on-site supervision and office-based project coordination, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of structural safety and operational efficiency for wireless communication towers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise field teams conducting maintenance, inspection, and repair activities on communication towers

- Prepare technical reports and documentation for all tower maintenance activities

Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality assurance and field supervision of wireless communication structures
- Strong knowledge of tower safety standards and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in relevant technical software and documentation systems
