Job Overview
The Specialist, IT Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of Nile University's IT systems and services. This position requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user computing, to ensure optimal performance and security.Key Responsibilities
