Job Overview
The Mining Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of mining operations at the Ibese Plant. This includes planning, execution, and monitoring of extraction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and driving operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for mining operations.
- Supervise daily mining activities, including drilling, blasting, and hauling.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend maintenance schedules.
- Analyze geological data to optimize resource recovery.

Requirements
