GitLab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will play a critical part in helping organizations leverage GitLab's intelligent orchestration platform to achieve their DevSecOps goals. You will work directly with customers to design and implement solutions that enhance developer productivity, streamline operations, and bolster security and compliance.Job Overview
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in translating customer business needs into effective GitLab solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices, as well as strong technical acumen in cloud-native technologies, CI/CD, and application security. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through complex technical challenges and ensuring successful adoption of the GitLab platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their unique challenges and objectives.
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient DevSecOps solutions using GitLab.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to customer teams.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and reusable architectural patterns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the DevSecOps space.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar client-facing technical role.
- Extensive knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
