Job Overview
The Senior Software Engineer will be instrumental in developing and maintaining innovative software solutions that support Clear Solutions' operations, data management, and impact measurement in Nigeria. This role requires a proactive individual capable of designing, implementing, and optimizing robust and scalable software applications in a challenging, mission-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Implement and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role.

- Experience with database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
