Job Overview
The Senior Credit Controller will oversee credit management functions, ensuring effective collection strategies and credit risk mitigation. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining healthy cash flow and protecting the organization's financial interests while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor credit portfolios to ensure compliance with established credit policies
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies and follow-up procedures
- Prepare credit reports and analysis for management review
- Liaise with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate settlements
- Maintain comprehensive credit records and documentation
- Monitor aging receivables and implement corrective measures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' credit management experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
